Hey hey now dont listen to Dan on Best Buy...he's just mad still that he got canned from there. (just playin dan). i have worked there for a year and a half now and love it. they're the best, managers all love me Smile also they're completely flexible with your schedules and time off requests and pay great for part time jobs. the only thing is they most likely will [B]not[B] hire you. as far as I know at my store you have to be 16 sorry. I would stick to mowing lawns. My older brother still does that on the side of his 2 other jobs just to get by (kinda his little hobby) and he banks every time he goes out. I only wish I got into that when i was younger.
I wish i could do lawns, but there are only kids in my neighborhood and people mow them selfs........i gave out flyers 2 years ago and only got 2 offers out of the year because the guys weed eater was broken
start painting bodies Wink
You can get a work permit for McDonalds if your fifteen - I know flippin burgers wa wa - but it was my wife's first job and she learned some highly successful work ethics and traits that have served her well and allowed me to be a social service worker for the past eight years. She brings home serious bacon and my paycheck pays for the cable bill. Go figure. But she started at Micky D's and never regretted it.
well im only 13 and when i turn 15 i can work at jewel
and mike................yeah right....theres no way to compete with you
just cut grass. I started cutting grass when I was like 13 and I still do it to this day even tho I get weekly checks from jewel for 200 bones. Cant go wrong cutting grass for 10 bucks.
go be a caddie at a private golf coarse....as long as your nice with a good attitude u make real good money..and golf bags are light real light....i did that for a summer and its real easy but u got gotta be thier earlie in the morning if u want to work..
well i just found out that another friend of mine is tryin to find a course he could caddy at, so if he finds one ill try and join him there
thanks for all the requests guys!
well its kinda late to start caddying now, my family are members at Glen Oak and they hire new caddys once a year, if you miss that day you have to wait till next year. and im almost positive that day has come and gone. you should still look into it but dont get your hopes to high.

Bottledbeast, where did you caddy that they have light bags, I know when ever I caddy at Glen Oak its a 50/50 shot of getting some old dude with a leather bag, with 3 dozen balls in it, and a thin strap.
what do you think i could charge to airrate (poke holes in teh grass) for my neighbors on between 1 and 2 acres?
it seems that cutting grass is a popular job. i make a killing offa it cause the nice old guy pays me $50 a cut. not to bad for the only work i do...
50?!?!?!
where do you live?
i think i needa move......
last year my neighbors gave me $25 a cut (both of their mowers broke...one of them drove theirs into the d*mn pond Big Grin) and i thought that was a lot....
