From XRC Forum:

The first production vehicle with a brushless system is here. It could be a sign of the change in times, and it’s definitely good news for electric noobs, as Team Losi has announced that the newest XXX-T comes equipped with a Novak SS4300 brushless system, which is ready for duty right out of the box. You’ll also get a JR XR2i radio system and the handling of one of the best 2WD trucks in the world. You’ll pay a premium for the brushless version of the RTR, but as many have discovered, brushless is worth that slight bump in price.

Nice!! I don't know what brushless systems lie where in relation to others. Is that a fast one? What turn motor does that compare to speed and torque wise?? (Granted I would never have enough cash to get into electric competatively it is pretty cool)
Now see if they do that with one of their 2wd buggies, I might be getting something electric.
Gotta believe it's coming. If this sells.
the Novak 4300SS is the "sport" brushless system, it's supposed to be more like a stock 27T motor......but brushless so no maintenance
the 4300 though is still Way faster than any 27t motor from all the comparisons I've seen. I've read threads where the 4300 in a TC was as fast as the 19t motor classes. The real benefit though is just as tex said no maintence (well ok after 10,000hrs or runtime you have to change the bearings lol) and long runtimes with perfect consistancy from run to run.

I'm holding out for the Castle Creatios 1/10 scale Bl's. If they are anyhitng like the Mamba systems they should be amazing!
Damn....I was hoping this thread was going to be about a new Losi truggy Sad
LOL
