well today during the school day around 7th period. (1:15ish) we were sent back to our advisory's to learn that a fellow classmate of ours was in a crash last night and that she was cutoff by some car and then hit the back of a semi and rolled over multiple time. she was transported to St. Francis where she was enlisted in critical condition and then later died. i feel like this just hasnt been good luck at our school with people dieng. in 8th grade (im a sophmore) a girl commited suicide. When i was a 7th grader a sophmore commited suicide also. it seems like every 2 years or so someone dies. this was not a suicide but just very unfortunate. and i figured that many people have either heard about it or will hear about it and i know i think its NBC has the story wrong. they say that she hit a light pole and flipped. but she actually got cutoff and hit the back of a semi. i didnt really know her but still i mean although there are like 4000 kids at our highschool it still triggeres emotions to everybody even if they didnt kno her. so its jut really overwhelming and idk...
i was just wondering if this happens at other schools too? i mean i kno it does but if anybody else has had similar incidents where a class mate of theirs died. its just really awful...

That sucks...IDK at troy ms I guess a few years back a guy commited suicide b/c of bullying and his mom came in and spoke to us..

yea the girl who commited suicide in our grade they actually started a foundation funraiser organization thing. Erikas Lighthouse. idk if uve heard of it but yea.

I don't remember that happening at TMS.
It always sucks to here about people dieing! It doen't matter if you know them or not. In high school I lost 2 of my best friends in a horrible car accident on east frontage road by my house. At Wilco a kid in my autobody class stole a snowmobile and intead of being caught by the cops he decided to run it into a tree, me and him were cool so it kinda sucked.

when i was in hs, we were on a band trip to western u and on the way back the driver fell asleep on i80. crossed one lane of same direction traffic, jumped the ditch in the center, crossed 2 lanes of oncoming, flipped on its side, hit and took out one tree, hit another that stoped us. if that tree didnt stop us there was a pond 10' deep behind it that we would have ended up in. no one dies. a couple of beet up kids. and the bus driver had to be cut from the bus. but we all had manditory counsling for a couple of months after that.
then we had 2 kids kill themselfs. one was on acutane(sp) a drug that was sapose to help his pimples, and the other was drunk and depressed.
then in my apprentice class one kid got killed when he rolled over his gmc jimmy on an on-ramp. 2 months before he got endentured. so he wasnt entitled to any death benifits. but the class got the union to give them to his famlie.
its a hard thing to get thue. but youre doing the rite thing be talking! keeping it in will only make it worse!

Do you know a kid named Alex Shwartz?(Not sure how to spell it?) He went to camp with me and had that shirt, he said he and like 4 friends started it.
yea i kno alex schwartz i went to school with him 7th-8th grade and i see him everyonce in a while outside of a class that my friend is in that he is also in. yea a bunch of kids from our school started erikas lighthouse.

I'm sorry for your loss. I have already had too many friends commit suicide or get into really bad accidents. I almost lost one in a motorcycle accident. It is a shame man. My thoughts are with all of you as well as her family.

yea at my school it seems like once a year there has been a story of someone dieing mostly suicide it def hits hard whether you know them or not. sorry for ur schools loss.
when iwas in like 4th grade a girls' brother hung himself the same day that her father was murdered..
