I have a pretty stock Revo now, just all RPM arms, and a JR servo. What else should I get I already have my eye on a wing and a Trinity High-Flow Pipe. I mostly bash, but I plan on spendind more time at the track.
well i would suggest the mugen mbx-5 wing mount. i think they look like they take alot of abuse. the tekno one looks like it would break the body posts too easy to me. other things like a tonys screw kit. if you are planning on getting semi-serious about racing maybe think about a transponder. starterboxes are always nice to have. umm not sure what your running for gearing in the tranny may want to pick up a set of close and wide ratio gear sets. you could always get the 3.3 chassis and the center diff and rear brake but i dont think its that important at your level of racing....my best advice save your money and practice. i got alot better once i just got on the track and threw down some serious laps no goofing around...lol i kno its hard to do. thats pretty much it i think
yeah, im not sure what the gearing is in the trans, I'll ask Obsessive.
Standard ratio in the trans. (stock)
OK, thanks obsessive, the radio is finally going out tomorrow.
better tires.
steering travel modification (if not already done)
better FM synth radio
Already have an XS3 FOC, and not sure about the steering.
Did you buy it from Jerry? Prolly done.
Tires next...
How about P2 rockers and spring weight changes? Only like $30
Then shock oil weights, $7
Then diff oil weight. $10
trinity pipe blows (very loudly..lol) there are better choices IMO
What would you reccomend Tex, I searched Tower, and the Trinity came up and a new THS one, I love the THS on my maxx.
THS is good. I just hate the loudness of the trinity pipe, I wish they would ban it from LHR personally. It rivals a truck running without any pipe at all.

I run a 1/8 scale side pipe.
I can't find the THS now, I would like to find one that has a spring manifold, considering im on my third stock one now. It looks like the only spring one is the Trinity.
well the one that comes with the os 18 has a spring and the ths one does also...
I cant find the THS now
Haha don't listen to John on the wing lol...Get the tekno if you really want one

thanks
just go with the RPM arms.

Thanx John, I wonder if LH has that pipe

Why not listen to John? The MBX wing mount is a great suggestion! It is super durable (I have yet to break mine) and many others used it with great success too. I does require a few holes to be drilled into the body post, but that's no big deal.
