Didn't know if anyone was interested... I will probably be parting out and selling 2-3 BMX bikes and one of my Mountain Bikes to help fund the purchase of a new $3k+ steed I am looking at. The BMX bikes range from ultralight racing to heaviers freestyle. I have assorted mountain bike bars, stems, v brakes and disk brakes, derraileurs, shifters, cranks, chain rings... let me know if you are interested in anything. I also have a marzocchi DJII... a pretty beefy jumping fork. Pics for anyone interested in anything. If it isn't listed... ask. I may have one... (I can even install stuff if you feel that you can't) Big Grin
I could use that thingy to put air in my tires with the tiny shrader valve Idea
1 more time... It's a presta adapter!!! For the PRESTA valve... not the "tiny schraeder" LoL And that will set you back aproximately 1 oreo cookie. Because it is worht about 2 oreos but it is used. Big Grin Are you going to be at the track on the 12th?? I'll bring one out...
What can I get for one package of oreos?
A punch in the kidneys.... Do you we have a deal???

I would be looking for some street tires possibly.

dan..u got any stems/necks for a bmx bike?? i need a new one for my hoffman
Drew... I will need to know if it is threaded or threadless... I think I may have one of each. Not sure on that.

Matt... I have 2 Snafu Rim Job tires that are almost brand new. I don't think they make them any more but I am not sure. Theu have great wrap around tread... small checker pattern. Super grippy and wear very well. They are pretty much brand new...

Tex... I have a Robinson SST and a Dyno sonic as the lighter BMX racing style bikes. I would probably want to keep one of those but not sure which... The other bike is a GT Bestwick Pro. It is a heavier freestyle bike. The robinson is chrome, the Dyno aluminum, and the GT chromoly...
Tread pattern is cool...I'll get back to you about them. How much are you looking for?
Tell me what you are willing to pay for them... I paid about $60 for them when I got them. Thyeweren't ridden very much, never skidded... anything. They are high PSI though so make sure you have a decently strong Rim. They are easily 100 PSI tires. I have a set of Alex double walled rims if you are looking for a set of those too. :-) 48 spoke I think...
HUH? lol....You lost me. I'll find a pic/description of my rim and lmk if it is worthy lmao...
Oh... I may be looking to get a new road bike as well. If I do my old one will be up for sale. It is a custom frame built by a guy in southern California. It is an ultra light time trials frame that runs a 700c wheel out back and a 650c in front. It has FULL Dura Ace components (top of the line for road bikes). It also has 2 wheelsets... one for normal riding and then an ultra light race set with a ful carbon fiber disk rear wheel... The setup is a little outdated as it is 16 speed as opposed to the current 20 speed time trial bikes. It does have the aero bars on it. When it was new it sold with the extra wheelset for roughly $7000... let me know if anyone wants to get into road riding. I will try to find the magazine that this exact bike was featured in...

Those are fine... that is the black version of mine I believe... (They look cool but suck as a braking surface)
Ohh....That's good...I guess lol...Can I just get rid of the black and improve braking?
Well as you can see the pads are already wearing it away... to improve braking you can get softer pads or take sandpaper or a dremel wire wheel (or something similar) and just take the layer of paint off. Trials riders actually grind their wheels perpendicular to the rim so that their brakes grab really hard... the downside... almost no modulation (instant engagement) and terribly loud...
haha....ok I see a warm-weather project because right now the brakes on it suck.

Would you take $40-$45?

cause yeah I want these so I'm beggin my mom..She said we'll talk when she gets home.
I could probably do that. There is no big rush...

Anyone need tubes?? LoL
Dan

You should buy by 1996 Schwinn Homegrown Team Fatory 19" hardtail in Bass Boat Blue one of 500 made available to the public. It has one of a kind custom painted spin wheels in white. Chris King headset Hydrolic brakes, and all the other goodies on it. I think I paid like 5 grand for it back in the day... I will have to take some pics and show you.....
