i think i still have my AA pack from the rustler. you can pick up a cheap reciver pack for like $12 at LH, you dont really need a switch if you can find somewhere else to mount your reciver pack, thats why i dont like switeches, but since i put one on my maxx it has been fine, and the revo is good, so far...

If you don't use a switch, what do you do? Just plug the Rx pack into the receiver? People who use Rx boxes or cover their rx can't do that.
UEM, you can just run a servo extention outta the box and plug it in there.

yup i just had an extension running out of the reciver box and then the reciver pack wire running out and i just plugged them in.
you plugged your battery into the receiver backwards. I've done it.
Your servo, receiver, rx pack should all be dead. Mine was anyway. And I burned a $100 servo/ $50 receiver

ive smoked packs before and only blown the reciver and not the servos, hopefully he didnt blow them either.
my servo was the first thing to go up in smoke. The rx pack actually lived and I just put new wires on it.
Ouch...That sucks. At least we know what it was now...We just have to get poor little travis some plugs with tabs on them so he can't plug them in backwards lmao...
LOL, when i blew a few of my packs it wasnt caused by a servo, it was something like the zipties holding the wires got broke and the wires either melted on the motor and shorted out or they got chewed up by the spur and shorted out.
LOL, when i blew my packs it wasnt from a servo, the zip ties that were holding the wires together broke or something stupid like that, and all the wires eventually got jerked around and either melted on the motor, or they got chewed up by the spur.
Good job, Sir Double-Post Alot. lol

went 2 electronics class and tested cells and they were all good. servo i think is fine i tried withe some AA's worked asme for the reciever
ya im happy jus need a switch
