It's not even out yet.
it will be very soon
Mich,
Where did you order the extended chassis and other parts from?
I didn't think anything was available yet.

Just curious.
Kevin
We shall see, i dont want to be a ginny pig on a new truck. Ill let someone else test it. If its an awesome truck then ill get it.
ordered it from my lhs. Its on order but the second the distributors get ahold of them they'll ship out to my lhs were i can then pick them up and brag to everyone who doesnt have them, lol jk. Il probly only have the extended chassis for about 20 minutes before it gets shipped out to get turned green.
Thanks for the info. I may try and do the same.

Kevin
you best hurry up and back order the parts. At this point of the release of new parts its first come first serve. Hobby shops that place the orders the soonest will get the parts first.
i just got an email from tower saying they have the tmaxx in stock $481.99
I got mine either yesterday or Thursday.
you can upgrade the 2.5 to be just as fast by getting a wider gear ration for $7
so im gonna get a t-maxx 3.3 off ebay for...like $300 in a month
actually in order to upgrade your truck you need the new extended chassis, 3.3 engine, and wide ratio trans to make it a real 3.3 truck.
yeah, but the new motor is only .5 horses faster, and like 4 mph and the wide gear thing will make it that much faster, and then you could decide whether or not you want to extend the chassis or not, which i don't think it does

but how much ground clearence does the 2.5 get? cuzz myy friend will get his on thursday, and we were lookin at one at the lhs and it only had like 2.5 inches of gc

The maxx has a extended chassis also?

You can change the ground clearance with shock mounting positions.

Uhh...The ground clearance would be the same...
no the t-maxx doesnt. He mentioned the wide ratio gears and the revo is the only truck that has that so i assumed he was talking about the revo.

nice, when is the other stuff coming in?
at least another month before the diff and chassis are out
A week from sunday il be racing at leisure with my new 3.3 engine. Anybody who wants to check it out il be there to show it off. Come on over to my pit area and il be more then happy to let people check it out. Look for the green revo thats in first Wink jk. lol
I wanna check it out although I'm sure it looks just like the pics on the internet. I really wanna see it run.

I look forward to racing with you again.
I am looking foreward to knowing that I can't get in his way on the track. (Well at least in SMT... now I just need to watch for the hellfire...)
same here tex. Got a great bunch of guys that race on sundays and with a running truck or not its still a blast to be there. Sucks that i make time and a half on sundays tho and work 8 hours. Makes racing a little bit hard. Il let you take the greevo out for a spin in practice if you want so you can feel the power of the new motor.
