while we're on the the subject of Dan's truck, Dan you may consider taking the preload of yout shocks (like I showed you at my house). You may have better on power steering with less preload.
I don't care who's truck it is, that is a lot of fuel line!!!!!!! What is that like an extra gallon on-board? You could run a 30 min main and never have to pit!!
YOu shoudl keep all that fuel line, and just let in unravel and keep one end in your gallon on pit lane, This way you can run forever with no pit stops, plus you'll save weight with no fuel tank or fuel on board. PLus if it ever has another run away you can always reel it back in by its tether line...
LMAO George....... You could have someone blow into the other end to keep pressure up too.

First video (short 40 seconds) of Rusty (I believe) sorry but it's a big file so dial ups beware. It's a quicktime .mov format. and no audio, sorry

LoL... I was told by several people that it shouldn't affect my tune at all... Hmmm. I ran almost that much on my Storm with no problem. I will try shortening it and see if it helps....

And Tex... The backs are about 3/4 to 1 turn just past where they hold the spring in. I tried the front at just about that and slightly more. No better or worse either way...
Dan,

With all the joking we did about that fuel line yesterday, why didn't we ever think to try taking it out and see if it made a diff? I guess you never know!!!

Thanks for the radio box cover. Anyone got a Revo radio box bottom they would rather give away than keep looking at? Ours got, uh, "worn out" yesterday.....Rolleyes
LMAO... the whole front end of that truck was "worn out" LoL

As for the fuel line... I have no idea. I know Mike said it looked weirrd but would be great if it was stuck upside down. Noone ever said shorten it. LoL (That I remember at least)
I do remember saying how long it would take to prime it if it ran dry during a race.
Dave thanks for the sweet vid of my truck!!!!! The savage didnt looks too bad!!! I just needed differnt tires and that spin out you caught on flim may not of happened!!!!

Thanks DUDE!!!!!!!!!!
freeride, I guarantee had that truck come by our pit area, we would have told ya to shorted the fuel line.

I'll check it. Anyone get it to work?
nope not here
Rocco the Savage looked good in the vid. I agree some different tires look llike they were needed.
Thanks brian. I think im very close to a good set up.... Brakes need to be better, I need the slop adjusted out, shift point needs to be sooner.. and i think a slightly firmer front spring and i think im money... Ohhh yeah and tires! ( But i got that covered already Wink )
