As the title suggests, what does everyone think of the new track?
Havent been to Leisure Hours as I live in the northern burbs. Wish I had a track by me.
Nitro Noob, to do anything cool in chicagoland as far as RC goes you'll have to drive sometimes. It gets real boring out in front of the house. I drive about 2 hours a week on average for RC events or meetings

I'm finding that out Smile
I wish I could go out and bash with you guys. It is not easy with 2 young kids. I usually just run it by the construction sites near my house.

Nitronoob, do you have kids? If not, it will be easier for you to go bash with the guys on this board.

Can't vote on this poll since I have never been to the track.

Yea, three of them.
I got one myself.
Well if you find time and like very technical race tracks i suggest going! Its pretty bad ass!!! Being single and kid free has its advantages!!! (sorry guys had to rub it in ) Wink

I have to agree with rocco79 on that. and might I add having a wife that is in to rc makes it a lot more fun Smile
Joe, being 34, married, and no kids???? Maybe you're playing with the wrong toys....

J/K, It seemed a joke was in order there...
his tunning is just fine.......
what?
Wow! I feel like i know nitrolittlejoe better than i ever needed too!!! Good job buddy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PSSSSSS!!! Hey tex.... That means he workin it. Just thought id help ya out Big Grin
LOL!!!!!!

Well, I like the Leisure hours track. The only thing I would change, is to make the Landing of the crossover a little wider than the Launch. As it is, there is NO room for error. The LST took a NASTY hit on the tubing.....

Maybe I just need to Hone my driving a little more.
I broke my buggy in that same spot. i landed inside the "circle" and broke a steer knuckle. Its also i werid angle at witch you watch your truck/buggy launch from. Its hard to judge if your on target with the landing ramp. If there isnt any traffic ill roll the jump and power through the round about.
very nice track and very good set-up...
Dude this is about the old track. There is no crossover jump at this track. This thread is from over a year ago. The new track is good but I loved the crossover at the old track.
the old track doesnt hold a candle to the current track, crossover jump or not.... The old track was awesome in its day but so were model T's.
That crossover was fun but a pain in the rear with the savage to clear....lol at least clear and land....landing was the problem.hahaha
opps well i like the new one ok...still a bit messed up from last night.....lol
I like this track but wish the track flowed a bit better. There's a little bit too much technical area. A smooth flowing curve and a crossover would be nice. But who knows what Bernie will come up with next! That's the great thing about this place-it's always changing.
whaaaaaaaaa!?!!??? too techincal???
Was at the new track today for the fist time, and I think the layout and facility was just awesome. Kudos to all that helped make this state of the art racing facility. Bernie thanks for not burning my pizza either!
Mike is that you??
Yes I finally signed up
