would you sell as a roller????? How much as a roller and as a RTR minus Radio. Hope to be coming into some cash soon as I'm selling a 98 caravan and should have extra cash then. LMK
It would be RTR minus Tx and Rx.
I may have a different one one that I wil sell as a roller but this one is complete.
Here is the final project...RTR no Tx or Rx

That thing rocks!

What would a price on that be close too???
Not sure what to ask...any ideas??
350 I would say

dang, i'd take it
$350 and it would go in a heartbeat. I bet you could get $400. It's built really well.
$350...I don't think so. Maybe $450
Id give 350 next week if ya want to sell

then turn around and sell it for $450+ on ebay Rolleyes
My complete 1700 dollars worth of revo stuff mostly all new wouldnt even sell for 600 so i dont see how that truck with so much less stuff can sell for near the same amount i was asking. Anyways your better off just keeping the truck at this point because its already hopped up pretty well and no matter what your going to be loosing more then half of what you put into it. No reason not to keep it

No, I would keep it. I've been looking for a revo for a while. Remember the roller I bought? I was planning on running it, but I didn't realize the sirio wouldn't fit. Itr wasn't worth the hassle. I KNOW ORC takes great care of his stuff, and I would be honored to have and run such a nice revo
Yours just didn't sell because of the way it was presented...or maybe it was the color :p:
Mich,
don't be bitter because your revo didn't sell for what YOU thought it was worth.
Remember you didn't have a motor in it and wanted $600, ORC's comes with a nice racey big block and said he MAY do $450. I think it's worth every bit of $450 and then some. The thing is near new and he knows how to build and doesn't skimp on it either.

I'd say Both Mich's and ORC's revos (the way they were both presented) are worth about the same. IMHO
......the only thing mich has that ORC doesn't is a bunch of new parts to go with it.
presentation on E-bay is key to selling.

That's my point exactly...I've seen the exact same R/C listed with a starting price of say $400-500 time out with zero bids while the same car with a starting price of $75.00 and a reserve of $500 get sold for over the reserve...people are strange that way. A low starting price attracts more attention even though the reserve price is the same and they end up paying the full amount anyway.
Another thing I never understood is, if you have a reserve, why start at 75 or whatever? I mean, it just costs extra to start at a higher price, and if you have a reserve you won't sell for less than it
I think even with having a reserve set @ 500 but starting the auction low, let's say 75.00 still attracts people because maybe they are interested and curious to try and match the reserve. As opposed to starting an auction @ 400.00 with a reserve of 500.00. When people shop e-bay and find something they like, chances are if they see 16 bids on something, they think in their head somehow this is a better deal even tho there might be a very s imilar product for less money. Pictures and honesty when selling RC's are key as well. The famous "never overheated or only a half gallon" turns me away from the product.
You can't tell me someone has never ran their engine hot on accident.

Sorry for the hi-jack Obsessive... =)
I meant to start it at 1 cent. I guess I didn't type what I meant.
I meant 1 cent with the reserve of "X" instead of 75 or whatever with the reserve of "X"
Bringing it back up...$450 OBO
Did you decide on my offer yet? j/w...
what would I need to complete if I bought it.
not saying I will buy it but just want to know so I can see how much needs to be spent

It looks like you would need a Radio/Reciever and a throttle servo. Maybe linkages.
