Does anyone have a link to the site that has all of the info?? I would like to find out when they are so I can plan out what I want done to the Revo as well as getting plenty of practice and possible car pools set up. Thanks a bunch.
Dan
Nice not until well into May. I think I can be set by then. :-) I just need to find someone that I know can pit for me regularly...
If a bunch of locals that you know are going you won't have a problem getting someone you know to help you pit.
team DENT TEK will be there
hey team DENT TEK, I need a sponsor and you need a greevo in your club. Do you think we could work something out?
I am not sponsor worthy but am I car pool worthy?? Hehe... I would be looking to get together with some people to ease the gas money scenario. Hopefully in the next 2 months I can get the revo dialed at LH and then adjust for the other tracks.

How different are the other tracks?? If anyone knows... Will I need to invest in more springs, shock oils (for on-site rebuilds), extra wheels and tires, etc. ???

And thanks for the help guys,
Dan
yes, yes and yes.... Going fast costs $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
most of the other tracks are going to be really loose and out of control. Your gonna really need to spend your money on good sets of tires. All different kinds. I would get bow ties, crime fighters, panthers, boa's. Tires will help you about 80% of the way, the rest is up to you to be able to get the truck around the track.
You know I never really give gasoline costs a second thought, but running to and from the track is 62 miles for me. That's almost 7 bacon junior cheeseburgers in gas each time we go!!!
Gotcha... The P2 rocker setup will generally work well all around right?? If not I think I still have a P1 setup. Now stock tires actually worked REALLY well for me at the LH track. Plenty of traction but I was able to break it loose IF I wanted to. I didn't traction roll once. If I had to buy say 2 more sets of wheels and tires what would be the reccomendation to get the greatest variety of tread?? (Basically that would cover me on most tracks??)
bow ties work everywere. Those turned out to be my favorite tire over the summer racing i did. Crimefighters are another good tire i hear about. There supposed to be a little more narrow then the bow ties and thats the only difference. I would say crime fighters, panther pythons for sure.
And get them in standard revo size, maxx size, or 40 series?? What is the handling difference between the three?? And foams?

(My shoping list as of now... new steering servo, single servo arm, heavey duty servo saver spring, new motor XTM .18 for the cheap route or RB .23 with pipe for the expensive route, wing and mount, new body, reciever and 2 chip sets, and 2 sets of wheels and tires. I think that covers it for now... LoL)
standard size with RE foams
Oh and get replacement parts, if you havent raced outdoor yet, you dont know what big air is lol
Gotcha... I have a set of arms and a bunch of other stuff as well. I am in the middle of cutting all of my boxes, installing a wing, and the single servo conversion. My Dremel died so I will finish and probably have pics up tomorrow...
