Well I just figured out I just blew the motor in my MT.

So now I need a new one.

What are some good motors to go with .26 or higher.

I was thinking on Collari or I could just get the same sportwerk .26 I had before this blew.

Crank is shot, piston\sleeve also shot, case as well gouged up from the piece floating in there.
Not worth rebuilding when I need all that.

So I am looking for something reputable and dependable.
i always likes picos. the .27 it sapose to be tough. but the collari is also good.
Yeah I hear more about Picco than Collari Just dunno what to get really.
This is my first blown moter and first replacement for my Truggy
If its a truggy i would suggest a p5. They seem to be amazing engines and they push an LSP around a track very well. Its only a .21 but makes the same power as less expensive .26's
I've been partial to OS lately. My next motor is either going to be the .30 or .21.
That OS 30 isnt get good reviews . Its blowing rear main bearings and many have said on savage-central the mach 28, sh 28pro , lrp 28 are all much better and much cheaper.
I'd like to get an OS 21 for my racing truggy.
well im not sure what to recommend but i do see alot of OS VZb's out there in buggies as well as truggies but idk what your budget is but i think $299 is a little overkill on a engine. i have seen a sportwerks .26 in revo2k's savage and that thing ripped. i was alomst thinking about getting the .21 bumpstart only for my buggy but then i started chewing up cb's and put it on the shelf. my views on these two engines
I think yesterday matt gocsh or however you spell it was running a collari "I THINK" and it ripped!!!
Yeah he runs b7's
Don't always think bigger is better or faster, it's not. At the last Berwyn Bash a .18 beat everything there including a collari.30.....

if you want BIG and FAST go with a NovaRossi 528... the 3 port can be had around $220 and the 8 port for around $320. I would go with the bumpstart version (as they have a pullstart version also but the pullstarts kinda suck and break all the time)
A lot of people rave about the STS engines.
Hmm it would seem alot of you are saying use a 21 verses the 26 or more??

Less HP is better??
for the mayhem st, id say a 21 would be fine...

what happened to the sw 26? they are AWESOME at warrantee..... if thats what was the case.

i have a sw 21 and i love it just as much as my RB S5... its actually faster than the rb at LHR.
I still have NR 528 3-port, pull start for sale $180 it wont tak much to make it bump start either. You cant beat that price anywhere.
Buy That!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
528 sold
Its gone!!!
Biodragen, just because a motor is bigger (ie .26+) doesn't mean it has motor horsepower than a good .21

A Honda civic could have more ponies than a mustang if it's the right motor in the civic........
528 for me he he!!!!!
Well geeze I thought I would have had first dibbs when offered...you guys are brutal.
