So tonight we opened presents from my immediate family. I got 2 U of I hoodies, the Davinchi Code (the book I wanted), a cordless dremel, and some other small things. Now is the kicker and where I get confused... from my ex GF I got a $75 gift certificate to Al's hobby shop and a eally nice silver necklace... Now I need to figure out what to get her...I was going to get her a nice pair of earings to replace the ones she lost at a concert but I need to get her something else small too... (This will definitely be the most I have ever spent on an ex. It is just weird because we are still friends...) Me confused... yet happy.
Nice.
Hey now ya dont have to buy that cordless dremel. You can buy fuel!!!!
LMAO... yeah with the gift card. hehe... I kind of want to get a spektrum too. I dunno. I will see what the difference in price is between the JR synthesized and the spektrum... (is it worth the extra cash??)
The XS3 Pro is the same price as the DX3
Spekturm isnt nessacary but man it sureeee is nice to have
I was going to go with the XS3 Pro, but I am pretty sure I am going to get he DX3.
what are the big differences??
I couldn't tell you the major differences. I think the XS3 has more features, but I like the idea of not having to wait for a channel or switch frequencies with the sythensized.
What are the specs on the spektrum servos and would they be better than the stock revo one in any location??

Try a google search. A lot of different things about the two systems.
The servos that come with the Spektrum are the same servos that come with the JR XS3/XS3 Pro. The Spektrum DX3 is actually an older model of the JR XS3 radio, in a different color, and with Spektrum technology. The servos are the exact same as well, only different colored casings to match the radio.

Synthesized is nice, because you have all the channels at your disposal, but Spektrum is nicer, because you never have to wait for a channel to clear, or switch frequencies.

The JR does have a few more features than the DX3, because it is based on a newer model radio than the DX, but the DX has Spektrum...

It all depends on what you are looking for. If you only have 1-3 cars/trucks, and don't plan on having much more than that, the DX is the perfect choice, since it has a 3 model memory. The JR XS3 has 6 model, the XS3 Pro has 10 model memory.

Just a few things to help in your decision...
I am so torn... I honestly would like to just find a decent synthesized radio used but I don't know...
SPEKTRUM!! Seriously easy choice by far!! You won't regret it.
Now I need to think up an excuse to tell my parents when my gift card is gone already and I'm missing christmas money... grumble grumble grumble...
id put the 590 on throttle i had mine there until it just stopped working.(no there wasnt a runaway involved)
dan i love my xs3 pro. but if i had the chance i would go spek only because you turn the radio on and you instantly have an open channel, you don't have to fiddle with the tiny dials on the reciever.
I am thinking I would rather have the extra $100 to fiddle with if I can find someone that wants to sell their synthesized radio. (you should sell me yours and buy a spektrum after christmas... hehe)
yeah right, new motor first! or i could sell you mine put the regular jr on and take the money and buy texs p5? huh. . . aahhhh no.!! j/k i'll have to sleep on that one.
yeah... seriously though. Let me know what you would sell it for. IK need to dump the traxxas radio...
idk it's a tough decision. i'll let you know tomorrow.
buy her a gift certificate to victorias secret or something like that
ya and tell her u can enjoy the gift together hahahahah
keyword... EX dude. no more action from her...
get her the gift card and i'll tell you how she looks in it!! zzzzzzzzzzziiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnngggggggg!!!!!!!
j/k
