I have failed again, now making it 3 years in a row Sad.

I ordered up a 32oz sirloin steak, and came the closest to finishing it tonight (compared to the previous 2 attempts). I ate up all the fries, salad, 2 cokes, and carrots. I left about 4oz of steak on the plate, which I took home.

Next year is the year! :joy:
See... you should have left the fries... (And I don't even know what carrots or salad are). lol... glad you had a good birthday.
Ah man, cmon
I too have failed a ritualistic type of eating challange.
Its called the cycle
Its at my camp I go to.
Its during burger day
It is a single burger, than a double, than a trip, then a quadruple, or the home run. After that, you have to run the backstops. That is 400meters. I got to halfway through the quad then couldnt eat anymore. Next year I am doin it
It's cheating if you leave the other stuff behind! Last year I had the soup and some bread, which I switch to salad this year. Got a little further this year. Next year, I'm ditching the fries and going with either the whipped potatoes or rice and we'll see what happens.
You will fare best with the rice or fries. The whipped potatoes will be like lead.

Now if you finish it is it free or no?? And how much is it?? (Ok... and where from??)
Well, it's always free, because my friends pay my dinner on my b-day Smile.
Well that didn't help me out at all.

(I was looking for the normal people... not those with rich friends. I am the rich friends in my group. lmao)
My dinner was 23.95 on the menu. That's a 32oz sirloin, plus carrots, potatoes, salad. Pop is obviously extra Smile.
Uncle Buck...the old 96'er.......
Ha Ha, I was thinking the same thing. Picture John with the uncle buck hat sitting at his table. Big Grin
"ya gotta eat it all..."
If I am correct, Uncle Buck (or UB as he was nick named) made a giant pancake that was turned with a snow shovle. The "ol 96er" was in The Great Outdoors with John Candy and Dan Akroyd
if u finished it then u would have no reason to go back next year....thats your reasoning on not finishing it....

Yep, I was suffering from Anheusers when I typed that earlier.
