i have a feeling this is gona be fun
wheeee!
what have i goten myself into?!? :bustingup :joy:
so mike.... are you saying that adding 5 mm of clips to 1 spring wont change the numbers on the corner weights?
I think it is my revo Vs. 1 or 2 9.5's, 1 MBX 4, 1 super max, and 1 UE max. Is that correct??

Anyone want to switch to the darkside??
dan stop threadjacking u bum :bustingup Cool
yes i guarantee it
Yeah if you make adjustments with the preloads it should change the numbers you get at corner wieghts but like some else mentioned your number for total wieght should come out the same (i know common sense) you can do the same thing with stock cars using weight jacks and tire pressures, same concept bigger scale lol but just experiment but keep track of them in a notebook or something but only change one thing at a time them see what changes it makes for your truck as far as handling. it will take more time but unless you only change one thing at a time recording is useless because you wont really know what change affected the trucks handeling. but it sounds like you have a lot of time on your hands so you shouldnt have a problem. so let us know what you find out or keep it a secret but that kind of info might be usefull if you race at different track so you can know exactly what changes to make for what track conditions i garantee the factory have done or still do something similar to this.
there is also an equation you can use to get what is called cross weight but i dont remember it right off hand but basically it is talking about weight tranfer from corner to corner.
Oh, ok then. Thanks for the input overyeoj....I shaved/moved some weight around, so I'm gonna do another weigh-in later probably.
ya then maybe drive it a bit to see if you can feel a noticeable diff from the way the truck handled before then just record what you find out.
