Hot Dogs- Man Jo Vins on damen or fast tracks on lake and Desplaines.
Breaded Steak is Freddies on damn I thinks its 31st and union in bridgeport.
Best Reuben or pastrami in town is Mannys on jefferson.
Oh and for cheeseburgers gotta go to the Billy Goat (the original on lower wacker)
Best beef in town is MR. Beef at 666 N. Orleans. JAy lenos favorite chicago eats.
Pro I have to agree with you on Freddies, its a ritual after every Sox game, a bread steak and a bag o fries... HMMMMMMMMM Good!
Yeah freddies rocks, If your really brave get the big breaded with hot peppers. Its damn good, but you may suffer in the morning!
Only bad thing there they only have RC products.

You dont like Royal Crown? I think its pretty good. I like Coke better, but if I have to choose between pepsi and RC. I go with RC.
Chef Paul in Lisle for german food and great beers on tap.
Anybody try Rosatti's pizza? They show their commercial's all the time on comcast sports channel, might have to try it one day Smile
Is freddies better than Rico Bennys? Have'nt been there in a while,might have to try freddies too!!
I usually go to Maxwell street polish, right down the street after the (sox) game Wink Smelling the onions cooking at the stadium drives me nuts,and then sends me right to the real thing!!!!
Freddies is definately better imo the ricobenes. I grew up at 35th and winchester(Mckinley park), we would make pilgrimages to Freddies.

Oh and I almost forgot to mention Healthy Foods on 32nd and Halsted. Great lithuanian food, and if I remember correctly the waitress serve you wearing lingerie, might only be on sundays, I havent been there for years. I would call ahead of time to make sure the are open on sundays and still do the lingerie thing.

My girl won't go to Hooter's with me,so I guess taking her to Healthy Foods is out. LOL!!

And of course, Hooters for the wings and viewing. Thanks to Joe T, I cant get enough of the place lately. =P

Anybody try "Suzie's" on MontroseSmile Chicken Cheese fries in a bowl u can eat & a large banana split milkshake!!!!! MMM..MMMM!!
LOL Suzies. I use to go there all the time after going to the bar down the street. Line for the drive thru is huge at Suzies after the bars close.

Cheese Fries in the bowl are good from there. =)
Suzies is awesome!!! I used to live a block away and sing Karaoke at the bar on the corner all the time!
I usually hit Portillo's or Jimmy John's when at work (either store, got them near both places!) and sometimes Giordano's (sp?), and I also like Gina's in St. Charles for pizza too.
My favorive eat houses are:

Petterino's for steaks.
Joe's Stone Crab for seafood.
Wildfire for all around.

I'm hungry now.
