Great. And I wasn't there.

What was the 'spectactular crash'? And how big was this fire lol?
There were a few good crashes. He almost jumped his maxx off of the parking garage. Then we both went full throttle at this jump at once (I hit second gear) and we launched like crazy. I grabbed the brakes in the air and managed to perfectly lad a front flip. He ... welll, crashed. It just looked really cool. I tried to land front flips a few more times. I had a few huge crashes trying before I finally figured it out. I just flipped, slid and kartwheeled everywhere. There should be some video up soon. As for the fire. It started with lighting the ground on fire, and then the ramp with Nitro. It was sweet. Like I said... there should be video up soon.

The only thing that happened to the revo was a corner of the body is torn up from crashing, the rear body posts are worn down and the body clips ripped through the body. On my last front flip my pipe came off when I hit the wall... but that is because I lost the set screw. Other than that... nothing broke. His truck was held together with zip ties and was running without an air filter because the motor was slid forward due to a bronken motor mount, and it wouldn't fit. On the last jump the zip ties holding the bulkhead snapped, sliding the motor further foreward chewing up the carb in the spur gear, and blowing 2 shocks.

(And Drew... If you didn't have 8 inches of spacers you may not have blown the shocks. :-))
Good job lol...
nice i gotta see the video, what about next weekend?
dude i could never beat the crap outta my stuff like that LOL
I can probably bash on friday. I think that Drew may be out for a while though. At the end of the night he picked up the truck and I think just about everything was not where it was supposed to be.

BTW... DREW?? Where are the pics/vids??
Um...Since Squirrel is Tommy, and you are Dan, then I guess bottledbeast is Drew?
Good Job. Yep that's him. I just find it easier than typing out everyone's full names.

And I see what people say about not bashing their stuff. My theory is that although I may race... it is not my focus so everything does not need to have a tight perfect fit. Honestly after my first accidental front flip I didn't even want to do it any more because I was afraid of breaking something. Once someone says c'mon we need some video a couple of times I can be be easily swayed. I have found the revo to be pretty durable though so that is nice. Things like jumping through fire just look cool. Hopefully the videos came out good. I think they were taken with a digital camera.
ok i have a couple minites with the digital camera and my buddy has like 100 10sec videos on his cell phone so ill get it pieced together and get it up in a few days ill put a few pics on here in a few and i broke alot of stuff ill be down for a little while...but if anyone wants to bash ill come out and video it for them....
and by the way its no spacers now thier all gone and lost....lol
Lets set a tentative for friday night at some mall. (Woodfield, Yorktown, Oakbrook...) Parking garages are fun. :-)
Yeah... you definitely needed more sag on that thing. Was riding VERY stiff...
is thier any programes or websites i should use to edit the video??
I am not the person to ask. I am barely capable of uploading pics. If you post that question in the general area or lounge you will probably get a pretty quick answer...
i think my camera program can do it i took a look at it so ill do that when i get home ill have pics on here later tonight
yea ill go to any mall u name it ill be thier
