Cool bash, I got a whole tank in before everything turned to garbage again. UE-Maxx's pull start ripped out before he even got going, Squirrel and freeride were overheating their motors like crazy, etc. Onto the pics because thats what everyone wants anyway.

I don't know about Rob, but I won't be running for a while.

Yeah, i'm just gonna be there to give you your change, and take a few pics if I can get out there. there is NO WAY my supermaxx is going to be running by friday.
Nice pics. Thanks rob. And yeah mich... my revo lasted the longest. :-) I landed on the lid quite a few times too and countless in the tree. Takes a beating if you land on more than one tire at a time. If you land on one... turnbuckle snaps. Learned that last week.
good times!! that bike looks so tiny under that big azz!! good pics rob!
I got the video done. I can't get it to load on to rcpics.net.

How else can I do it.
yea that place is pretty cool, rc10 is ready to rip

Didn't he just get a temp gun? Maybe he needs a screwdriver to go along with it????

And, are we trying to jump that double going the wrong way? It's gotta be easier going North to South (downhill).

im not good with directions, but the way everyone was jumping it is far easier. With no front wheel drive and a diff with barely any life on it, my supermaxx cleared it at least 4 times on saturday, and I was overshooting the landing jump on the previous sunday when my rear diff was working fine and the front was barely working.

Due to the loose dirt on the landing jump, going the other way just isnt possible at this time, I tried it on sunday with Tex, and I wasn't even close to clearing it. Maybe after some RCs and bikes go over it, the dirt will be packed down enough to jump it the other way.
yeah... we were doing it the only way. On landing I couldn't get enough speed to clear both though.

As for tommy... he just can't tune. Not if his life depended on it. I forsee a 500 degree with whatever motor he gets next...

No because we are jumping it from the landing to the lip (ramp). If you tried jumping from the lip to the landing you would get a lot higher, and not go as far.

I was just picturing how a BMX'er would make it...
But the bmx'er also has speed from the first jump. If there is a way we can clear the first jump perfectly then we can do it the way you said.
I will try doubling them both from the other direction next time...

if i get the motor i want there will be no way in hell that thing would hit even 300!! not gonna drop $300 plus on a motor and not take care of it! plus when i rebuild the PICCO/OMEGA .21 i will be taking better care of it!
hehehe... *BOOM* I mean... *cough* sorry your motor will be *BOOM* *ahem* just fine I'm *BOOM* *cough* sure. hehe. No I know what you mean. I always trash the stock motor and then take care of the replacement. I would like to try out my new cam on the double though. lmao.
stock motor haha!! i bought this motor to make it through st. louis! i didn't really want to trash it but when it hit 400 and stayed there for 3 tanks i figured it was done anyways! that plus i can't tune really screwed it up

lol i was wondering the same
should be up there again this weekend :joy: :joy: :joy:
I've seen BMXers hit those jumps.....all of them in tandem

squirrel, why buy a race motor when you don't have a race....awwww, nevermind....I'm done trying to preach the good word to you. Rolleyes
