that looks like fun in the snow. I may have to try that sometime this winter. I was looking at the Kyosho snow machine for the winter, but I may just use my T-maxx with paddles.
very nice pics! too bad I was busy this morning I would have gone for sure.
I've run in the snow lots with my maxx.. No paddles needed. they won't help enough to justify buying them because they are stock diamater. you need ground clearance and tall tires to cut thgouth the snow. I always ran stock sized tires and jacked up the suspension. Your best bet would be jumbo kongs though. last year my buddy ran his MGT in 5" deep snow with kongs. mine with stock sized tires jacked way up just high centered and stuck.
my snow running pics here from 2000 and 2002.
Dang..from the 3 jumps I can see in the picutres, that place looks pretty sweet!! How'd it happen that the forest preserve has this type of terrain?!?
A few local BMX'rs made the jumps, we just take advantage of their hard work......
i think the skies and paddles are going on the mgt this year. dont know how good they will work on the mutt with a spool.
The upsidedown picture is great! That jump into the tree was probably the best thing the BMXers made there yet.
