Ok i know theres a ton of new truggies out or comming out so lets make this thread just about truggies. Please lets keep this thread on topic and keep the joking around to a minimal. This thread can help people decide on what to choose so lets help these people out.
Bump it up

Okay I guess this leaves you and me for Truggies then
I got one too, jsut havent had a chance to run it yet.
i dont have one but i plan on getting a crt someday.
Jammin gets all the press. So is it the nuts? LSP is favored, too.
Does it come down to the motoro and the driver?
Jammin looks pretty good out of th ebox, but so does HPI Hellfire, but it's pretty untested and new.

LSP, right, from your sig.
Yessa LSP. Hoping to get at least one run tomorrow somewhere.
I got an LSP also, but have not had a chance to put it together or break in the engine.
GS Storm SUT........ Picco 27. haven't had a chance to run it yet as I'm still working on it. MX3 Radio, HB high torque steering servo and a HB T/B servo. Convetrted to 17mm buggy (mugen) hexes. Ofna Dom wheels/tires. I got this car fron MaxxGS. T/Y Maxx.
(in a calm butthead voice) uhhhh..huhuhhuuhh...truggies are cool

running in the MAT class was the most adrenaline I've had in RC to this date, very VERY fun!
For anybody looking at new truggies, dont overlook the TTR st-1, its only in RTR form right now, but is still a sweet ride...
I haven't seen one in person yet are they out?
yea you can get them through amain hobbies
You gonna start racing UMT Mike ?
Seems like alot of people have jumped the LSP for the crt
supposidly they are a LITTLE better in steering dept.

They also need a bit less work done out of the box for full out racing
Yeah, ive heard that too
my lsp-r seems to come with most of the stuff needed
They do now for the most part... the lsp pro's need serious upgrades... Hinge pin blocks, ackerman arm, chassis, screws, and thats just to name a few
rich,

Im considering it lol Smile
I got a question. If I converted my truggy to buggy axles with 17mm hexes, what are my wheel options? I saw at Als that HPI is seling NUBZ tire and wheel whith 17mm, but who else?
Ofna and i THINK proline make a 17mm mt maxx sized wheel... We used them when we had GS sut's.... XTM also uses 17mm maxx wheel on the mammoth. Basically and mt maxx tire will work
I am also looking at the Jammin' like Mich. I've got pro friends in CA and in the west that are dumping the LSPs cuz they break too much. I saw little Lances' break last night. And I really don't think they turn in very well.

I like the turn in of the Mayhem St but don't like the short chassis and all of the hop ups you have to buy. I like the Jammin' cuz it's a true pro vehicle that doesn't need a bunch of hop ups to compete at a national level. That's why I'm going to get it.
I don't hear too many people dumping it because it breaks too much. Seems the main reason for the dumps is because of the steering and also because it's the newest thing on the block.
u would be better off getting the PL 23mm hub adapters with extenders..
