I was reshimming my diffs again, and as usual they were giving me a harder time then they should, so I decide to install my wing.

mugen wing, mugen wing stay, kyosho wing stay braces, and a diemakerdave VBS wing mount.
That is the only t-maxx I have seen in person worth more than my mountain bike. That thing is a beauty...
Mucccccccccccccch Better!!!!!!
Swweeett!!!
it's funny how we laugh at civics with huge wings but we all put them on our RC's and think "it looks much better"......lol
I think his Maxx might be more (money) than a Civic, too......

I think you need to peel off the TMaxx decals. That monster is way beyond TMaxx now. Unless your going for the "sheeps clothing" thing.
I think his maxx is more of a Bentley don't ya think?

a stock maxx with a wing would be the civic..... Cool
i think it also been proven that wings help out R/C's, where a wing on a Civic DOSE NOTHING since its FWD!!!!
If anything a wing on a Civic slows it dwon because it barely has the HP to move itself efficiently through the air. Adding any downforce creates a drag that the massive powerplant in the Civic must overcome.

Now let's hear from all the mad Civic owners......yes, I understand the new Si is a pretty stout car. Looks cool too, if you like that kind of car.
The wing helps out, but the real secret are the body clips in the a-arms!! Big Grin
Looks good Rob. Glad that you figured it out. LOL

that's where he keeps his body clips when the body is off from what I understand
If you think a wing on a civic is bad, how about one on our caravan sport :o
He said that he loses them a lot so he keeps his extra ones there.

I hate wings on any cars that are for looks or whatever....But it doesn't matter if it's fwd or not. It's not like it causes a lever effect and lifts the front tires. They are supposed to keep the rear end on the ground at high speeds. For your average civic with the fart can and an APC wing, it does nothing.

I wouldn't make fun of civic's in general...Make fun of fakers. My buddy had a civic hatch with not as much done to it as you think...And it would beat LS1 corvettes on the motor. Throw a little spray into the mix and the thing flies.

For those of you who think all civics are slow, watch this:

Well according to all the Import boards, adding a wing and decals for things the car doesn't even have adds at least 5 extra horsepower!
The wing made backflips harder. I'll just have to get more air to make up for it Wink .

NOS stickers add just as much horsepower as the real thing! Rolleyes
