Just wondering if most everyone is using rechargeable aa batteries in thier radios? I'm kinda tired of spending $$ on Energizer's all the time and thought it might be a worth while investment in the long run. I was at Best buy yesterday and noticed a 4 pack of rechargable AA's (don't remember brand) plus a charger for $40.00. I don't know if that's a pretty normal price or if there are better deals or options out there? Let me know what you guys think. Thanks!
I use Energizer rechargeables. Get some really good life out of them at the track. 2 race weekends worth before they need a recharge.
Find someone who works there and have them buy them. They work great but there is a huge markup on them. (I used to work there) I think my friends GF works there. I will find out if I can get you a deal. I have 4 that I use for my wireless XBOX controllers. They are awesome. I want to get a few for my radio too...
I use energizer rechargeables in my JR radio and my M8 had some orion 2300 AA's with it (bought the radio used). Both work great and although initial cost for the batteries is more it doesn't take long before the initial cost is made up.

Jsut checked.. I was wrong I have Orion 2300's in the M8 and some 2300's in my JR radio that I bought at Cheapbatterypacks.com. they are $2 a battery there look for SPAA2300.
I use Energizer rechargables in everything. You can also get better mah for cheaper prices. You just have to look around.
I get mine at Menards. i think the 8 pack is 16.00 for Enegizer 2500mah. Sams has them also with a charger in a hard pack.
Wal-mart $12 for 8 2600 mah...If you have the right charger you can just make a lead and charge at 1 amp...
