I know, I was so pissed. It isnt 450 for the system, it was 450 for the RIGHT TO BUY IT. I just wish I kept it, its going so high on ebay!

Why? Why? Why? Just to have it before Christmas? Or so they can give it as a gift? I don't get it. Why does anyone pay over list for anything? Remember the PT Cruiser release frenzy? $25,000 for a $18,000 car??? Same thing here....$450 to buy a $400 system?

My girlfriend got one (along with three of her friends). THey got 4 of the 6 from the Wal Mart they were at. She is selling it and has already been offered $700.

Ill give 750 for it.

The Core model is the premium one. The non core is the regular one. Smaller HD and no wireless controllers. That is the one that she has. That is why I think you can get it for $750. These are going for about $1000 on ebay and the permium (core) model is going for up to $1600+. Let me know...

t to the max, why did you sell your ticket for it your going to spend 750 on a xbox? Why not just keep the ticket.

You guys got it wrong, He sold a ticket for the eligability to buy one. The #19 ticket (saying he will get the 19th unit at full price) was sold for $450. He simply sold his spot in line for $450, not an Xbox. That's why he is so willing to spend the $700+ on a xbox now.

i'm just going to wait until i walk into a store and see one sitting there. all this paying high prices is just crazy. it's more like paying for bragging rights then anything else. the version you get now is no different then the version i will get in the next few months.

I would never pay extra, or make profit off of it. Why screw over the fans who waited 12 hours instead of 15? Not right in my book.
