Haven't tried Boost, I usually go for Monster or Amp. As for RedBull, the only way I drink that is in the various "______ Bombs"

I just bought some mints off of some geek website my friend showed me. 100 milligrams of caffiene in EACH little mint. A red bull has about 80mg
