I have a Revo and Jato and all I do is bash and screw around so do I need a radio like this I was thinking of getting one or is it just a waste of money to bash with.thanks

When do you plan on purchasing? I know of a jr xs3 pro w/ 2 receivers that will be for sale in 1 week. FM synthesized stuff.
The single biggest benefit of spektrum is never having to worry about being on the same frequency as others. Unless you bash or race with tons of others, fm would be a cheaper alternative than spektrum, and work just as good.
To stuff coming up for sale is what I'm running right know. After the bash, I'm taking time off to rebuild my revo and I'm switching to spektrum so I don't have to worry about frequency issues at the race tracks.

really you just want a radio with end point adjustments and you'll get around fine for bashing.
