Noones bidding, just 1 person per auction and I dont wanna sell that cheap!
I know its an auction but still...

I would start to worry about stuff selling too cheap until like the last minute. Most of those auctions still have several days left. You'd be surprise how many people will only bid during the last hour of an auction. For the buyer, gonna do their best to avoid bidding wars on something they want real bad, because you'll get it cheaper.

I remember selling an ipod once. The price jumped from $100 to $280 during the final 10 minutes of the auction!.
Ok, I am still worried though becuase yesterday I sold 2 shocktowers for .01 each with 1 dollar shipping, I made 12 cents after paypal and shipping. I sold 2 arms and a knuckle for .54+1 for shipping and made a little more. Sad
If there isn't much demand for an item, don't set the initial value at 1 cent, or utilize the reserve feature so you don't get burned.
Well used T and E-Maxx stuff is worth next to nothing because there is no demand for Maxx stuff anymore. Instead of selling everyhitng individually I'd put all the Maxx stuff you have in a single parts lot and start the auction at a higher dollar amount. Its just not worth the time to sell all this stuff seperately. The mini-t esc will probaly get close to $10. at least thats what I got for mine a couple months back.
Take my advise, having someone bump the bid for you can seriously backfire Big Grin
ok
thanks for letting me know
Just wondering, why?
because say I bump the bid up and then no one bids over me. I don't want it so now you have to relist it.
Here is what happened to me..

Someone bumped the bid, another person outbid them, my guy bumped it more. Well we thought that I could cancel his bid and drop to the other persons highest bid. Well, when I cancelled my guys bid it cancelled all his bids and I ended up at the other guys starting bid. Were talking about $100+ difference.

Luckly, I knew my wife's login so I went in and bid it up to the other guys last highest bid and left it.
Thats it im tellin ebay about these shanaggins!!!!! Just kiddin guys! :p:

I was bidding on something once, and was outbid (possible bump attempt) The seller contacted me, and asked if I wanted to purchase the item at my last highest offer.... Which m at that time, I had already bought the item elsewhere. If you do have someone "bump" the bid, be sure they don't bump too high, and DO NOT cancel their bid... just contact the next buyer down, and ask if he's still interested.... But, also keep in mind, if e-bay finds out you had someone bump your auction, you can get banned....
Its called shill bidding. Its highly against the rules besides being immoral. I am sure it is common, but I would not be happy if it were to happen to me.
