That sucks. That's why you shouldn't spend money till after the deal is done. We can let paypal decide who is right, that's fine with me. It's not like the 20 is even that big of a deal to me. It's the principle, that if you sell me crap, the public should know to steer clear of dealing with you.

Now wait. He came to me asking what to do...I read that the original agreement was $200 + Shipping, and he lowered it for you to $185 Shipped.

If this is true, wouldn't the cost of shipping added to $200 be greater than the difference of the sale price? Say it cost $12 to ship, so $212 shipped. 212-185=$27

So that's about a $27 savings, give or take $7 on the shipping. Still though, a new set of 4 Jato shocks are only $18 Shipped off this ebay store. So even if he paid the standard $5 shipping, it would balance out. I bet he paid more for shipping though, probably about $12 like I said.

The originol was 200+shipping, yes, I offered 185 shipped, yes. He agreed.
Yes I agree. He never said he would throw in the packs, I don't even need it, he threw in one. I have plenty of packs.
I would have rather had the working shocks then the pack.

Also, he agreed to the 185, which means we can disregard the 200+shipping completely.

If I buy a vehicle for 180 dollars, I'm going to want it to be rtr, not just "good enough". I really do not want to file a paypal dispute, it is annoying and takes alot of effort, it would be easier for you to just refund the 20.

Ok, but that doesn't take away from the fact that the shocks are broken. Plus Ihave batteries and shock clips out the wazoo, I didn't need them, I would have rather had working shocks.

Yes it did come. I was dissapointed to find the rear shocks bent beyond repair, and I will now need to order a set of rear shocks, I checked ebay and cannot find only rears, but I found this set of four for 18 dollars shipped. Please reimburse my paypal for 20 dollars, as there are fees and if you send me 18, it will take some of it away.

I'm fine with just leaving this issue here, and letting paypal decide who's right. I don't need your sympathy moeny, I just wanted to let you guys know that his sales might not be completely as described. My sale was overal a negative experiance, hence the neg feedback.
