I'm liking the center mount gas tank.

Pretty much. I modify the radio tray to get it in there. Help with the center of gravity.

I'd really like to see more pics of this truck, the ones in the magazine are all I've been able to find.

The guys web site is www.rockconcepts.com. I had debated getting a set of his lowered TVP's for my Savage when I had it.

The towers are 54 bucks each... I already thought about them, and then i saw the price and pasted... Concidering you then need either 2 sets of rear buggy shock or the pro lines... Your looking at over two bills for that set up

I get my lowered chassis from twisted toys. The guy is great to deal with, lifetime warrenty, thicker than stock high quality product and there only like 80 buck shipped

I wonder if the shock towers from FLM would be just as good?

I bet some UE racerX shocks with the Nova or Fastlane towers would benefit the Savages handling immensely. Then add lowered TVP's and you have a race truck. OK fine, you still need race tires and good electronics, but hey that might get the chassis closer to being racey.

eh, what do I know about sausages anyway...............I mean savages

Having fun again!!!!
