Motor issues. -
08-23-2005, 10:58 PM
So at the devry bash on saturday, I managed to strip the threads on the carb body on the 2.5r. With a busted motor and a money race coming up next weeked I needed a motor. I ordered up a new 2.5r instead of doing the exchange so that I get it faster and have time to break it in for the race next weekend.
It came in today so I installed it and decided to break it in today. Break in went better than last time, but problems started arising during perfomance tuning. For some reason I can't keep the front tires on the ground. All I do is ridiculous wheel stands . Can someone help me? Not sure what I messed up.Oh wait, one more thing. When did traxxas start marking the head O.S. 18TM? ![]() "If you cook scallops in a non-stick pan, then they won't stick. That's why they call it NON F@#*$&%G STICK!!!" - Im watching YOU!- roc |

firesprink, I already took the motor apart, so I can grind down the knob on the crankshaft for the starter box backplate. I made sure it went together right this time
