Since I'm going to help bernie work on the new track this saturday I might be making a pit stop at LH.

Do they carry MBX5 parts? I'm looking to pick up a wing and wing stay for the revo.

What else do I need? How long do the screws need to be that attach the wing stay?

You have to drill holes in the rear shock tower right?

Screws should included in the wing stay if I remember right. If not, 3x30's and then cut off what you dont need.
Mr.Tune, I'll be out there tomorrow also. I can bring my pit box and you can take the bolts you'll need. I'll also bring the stake I owe you too =)

Rcdad, yes you have to drill holes in the body mount.

That's one nice thing about the Stampede rear shock tower, it already has the holes.

Tune, they make a kit that comes with the wing stay and mount braces plus the screws you need for $17. You still buy the wing separate.
Otherwise you have to buy everything separately, wing stay, mount braces, screws (if desired) and a Wing if they don't have the "kit" in stock.
I have always run Mugen wings but people say the ProLine wings are stronger.

Get the Wing stay from e-bay. Theres a guy in St.Louis that parts out MBX's
14.00 shipped (everything included) minus wing

A long time back I recall someone writing about using 1/8 wings on 1/10 trucks. Is this a rules problem anywhere anyone races?

Packages in the mail are fun, except I have a race on sunday. So all will be purchased on saturday (hopefully) at lh.
