ok guys its time to have another berwyn bbq bash. Vote in the polls on which weekend in August will work best for you.

I'm out for any time between Aug 10- Aug 16, I'll be in PA, helping with Camp Jeep. Any other weekend (preferably Saturday) will work for me.

Also, since Berwyn doesn't have the Jumps anymore, If anyone has other suggestions of where we could have the BBQ, let them be heard as well... Keeping in mind, Berwyn also has plenty of Trees for shade.

J/K. I'll go whenever! Hopefully there will be a lot of bashers. No jumps, well we will have to bring our own. I've got a big @ss portable ramp (6'x4') that im working on that will be ready by then, I'll be sure to bring it with me! Hopefully I'll see yall there.

We should hit the spot by DeVry @ Belmont & Western. It has shade trees and room to cook out. Plus it has a lot of jumps. My favorite is the BMX bike jump. I've caught 8' high air there before.

I vote for Devry also, nice spot over there. We should go there because Berwyn was last time and it would be nice to mix it up a little

Like satoch said, trees for shade, and plenty of room for everyone.

It's a good spot, I've been there a few times in the last couple years.

Actually the DeVry site is a historical ruins site of the old Riverview Park http://www.defunctparks.com/parks/IL...erviewpark.htm in the city. There is a spot in what is the old picnic area that is adjacent to the old "Shoot the Chute" water slide where the twin concrete chutes are still visible (and part of a jump!).

If you do a little research reading first you'll have far greater appreciation for the sacred ground that you'll be bashing on. Once again, it'll be a playground and the beer will flow freely.....

Alright then, who's gonna meet me out there to do a little clean up work? There are a few little branches to be raked up and a little minor prep work to be done to the jumps etc. Snakebite, are you available? Where's Kenji?
