Turn your HSN all the way clockwise and make sure you dont tighten it when it get's hard to turn, from that position, turn it 2 full turns counterclockwise, that will help you, make sure you carb is the width of a quarter standing up on it's side when it is at idle, get a temp gun if you dont have one already and make sure you stay between 220 and 240 if your just running it around the house, after running it for the day, take the glow plug out and drop a few drops of afterrun oil, this will make your engine last longer, if you have any questions, feel free to ask me!
