And Rocco.... the main reason for me breaking things has to be these very wide offset rims. There was a guy there who flipped the hell out of his LSP on standard offset rims with no problems. If I am smooth (and with the help of the kyosho carriers) I have no problems. I think once I go to a standard offset wheel I will be able to go back to the actual hotbodies carriers.

yeah today was fun i do wanna race again when i get a better servo. ill still lose, but what the hell
Racing from a roll is like beating off, it may be fun but its not the real thing. |

I plan on it. It was what I could afford at the time and I was given a very good deal on them. When I do the rebuild I will be going to standard offset and keep these for drag racing in parking lots. And yes.... the reason he stripped a CB and Spur is because of the stripped motor mount screws. He was complaining about the motor moving and ran it anyway. LoL ![]() |

I believe you can use any sort of silicone gasket maker. Take the bak plate off, squeeze a bead around the outside, and screw it back on. It will squeeze out of the sides. You can wipe a little of it up but then just let it dry. That is the best way to seal it up tight.
