What do you guys think of this body? - 05-27-2005, 09:55 AM

I'm thinking of buying the front body mount for a rustler, using the one body mount on the back shock tower and mounting this body real low. It's wide but since my truck is pretty low to the ground I thought it would really look nice, what do you guys think?

I'm thinking of using some Spaz-Stix chrome paint, probably mask some see through areas.

wheel wells will need to be cut out super huge so you have turning radius. That body is wider than you think. Good idea though.

Just as a reference, I put a 200mm WRX body on my t-maxx and the body looked decently wide. I put a Chevy Caprice on my Bandit also using rustler mounts, that was kinda cool.

Having fun again!!!!

I like it! I'm not crazy about all the decals and the big ole wing.

I have the tamiya ferrari modena 360, and I only have the stickers that makes it look like a stock ferrari.

I think that body is slick looking. Dunno about on a maxx or savy, but on a touring car it would look cool.

Actually I was thinking of putting it on my pede (the one that's sold now). Never did complete that mission, I got sidetracked by looking for a buggy body that may fit.

Think about the engine/head location on the RS4 (I have 2). The entire rear bed will have a giant hole in it. It doesn't look as good as the sales picture. Now if you run electric TC, this shell looks sweet, but I doubt it does anything for actually peformance.

i like it!! i would put it on a savage!

Do not go gentle into that good night, Old age should burn and rave at close of day; Rage, rage against the dying of the light. Though wise men at their end know dark is right, Because their words had forked no lightning they Do not go gentle into that good night. Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay, Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
