in the market for a truggy - 09-26-2006, 06:10 PM
i want to add a truggy to my inventory. what is competitive that is out there? some people are talking of the Jammin x1 crt. any good? any other options? something good to race with.

CRT's are good...but if I were buying new, Mugen MBX5T or Kyosho ST-R

i thought i read something about the mugen's that they had a weak point. i mean i know every car/truck has it's weak point but is it something to be concerned about.

The newest version of the Mugen is really doing well, I haven't heard of any real weak points, some minor set up issues to get it to react the way you want, but that's about it.

well i've got a mbx5 buggy and love it so if the truggy is anything like it the mugen should be fine
