I agree with Gabe, you need to try leaning it out and see if it revs high enough to shift before taking the trans apart (again).

I would go in 1/4 or 1/2 turn increments.

Unless it off by a mile, a quarter turn is a big change. But if it got screwed way in, and won't shift, getting back to the right point could be a couple full turns.

im going to go check if my revo is shifting, because i put in the FOC yesterday. but I know it was in second gear because the tires were ballooning, but i dont know if it was in first gear
