Uhh....Revo's don't need rollcages. There's a rollbar and a thing called a body.

If you really think you need a rollcage, check out www.rc-solutions.com

Wait no you have the extended revo so I don't think there's a roll cage out there made for extended revos.

You have the 3.3 right? That chassis is ext 30mm over the stock 2.5 chassis

Just get ideas from searching around the net and mock it up, and make your real version

What parts are you breaking the most?

Put a wing on your truck, and your engine will never touch the ground again. This means no more scratched head, broken engine mount, broken easy start, etc. Plus your bodies will last 10 times longer.

The whole only cost around $20. Much cheaper than a roll cage. Plus wings look cool too.

Yep

I'd go with the Mugen MBX-4/MBX-5 mount..More durable IMO

Just mock it on the rear body mount, drill your 4 holes, and screw and locknut eveything

it will protect the engine mount cuz it will keep the engine from hitting anything so no stress anywhere on the motor or its mounting point

Check out my avatar. There's no way the engine can hit the ground with that setup, because it will sit between two higher objects. Plus, on every rc car I've ever owned, the rear of the body takes the most punishment. That's the first part that got destroyed, causing me to need a new body. With a wing, that's no longer an issue either .

Here's a link with pictures of wing installs. http://monster.traxxas.com/showthrea...highlight=mbx4

If you don't want to custom fab anything major, pick up One of these mounts. Bolts directly to the body posts, all you have to do is get a wing and drill the holes on that. Easy.

I wouldn't mount the wing high like they are on the Traxxas forums..I put my top holes where they have their bottom holes..

Grind down the rear bumper mount and drill the holes there..To where it's about an inch or so above the stock body height

This is how mine was..http://s35.photobucket.com/albums/d1...evoPics029.jpg

And don't cut up the rear of the body that much..I was in a hacking mood with my new dremel that day
