My diff problems are over - 04-24-2006, 07:43 PM

I just picked up a 8spyder and cvd setup.
What should I do cb and spur wise for this? I run a otb tranny with a UE super 6. And a picco .21

With the stock set up, I think you needed to switch down to a 65 or 66t spur to maintain the normal gearing as if you were using 1/10 diffs. That is with I think the 2.5, so go from there.

With the super6 and UE diffs your gearing goes back to normal. With the picco .21 I would try 21T/70T

RC-Solutions spur, OFNA bell, 1/8 flywheel and clutch shoes.

Spurs: 54T, 52T

Bells: 15T, 16T, 17T, 18T

Flywheel and Shoes I used: Flywheel, Shoes

Umm... wait, I didn't notice, is this a 21 chassis maxx or a standard chassis? If it's not a 21 chassis, then you can't go with an 1/8th style clutch (not enough room) and totally ignore me. Well, you can ignore me either way, but I used this setup and it worked really well.
