Novarossi 528 - Needles - Where to start form

It's been forever since I've run my vehicle. The needle's o-rings of my 528xr were ripping so I replaced them.

I'm asking for a recomendation on where to start tuning the needles from or the factory settings. I had assumed that this info would be easy to find. It's stated nowhere in the little manual and I'm having a heck of a time finding it online for this particular engine. Any ideas?

go 6 on both and work in alittle .... Mine are around there
