Kyosho ST thread -

I thought I would start a thread to talk about the new Kyosho truck. I know there are a few at Leisure already and soon to be more, since it is the flavor of the month.
I am sure they are awesome qulaity I saw Tony D's last weekend and it looked nice. They have 17mm wheels with zero offset, so I purchased these for my Lsp to narrow it up a bit.

Yeah, that s why he paid $80 to overnight it so he could build and race it. It looked good, I just liek the longer wider lightning platform.

Sonny and Joe have theirs also, so you will be seeing alot at the trac shortly... Lets see its April 1st, by July 1st they should have a version 2 out.... LOL

IM building mine now, unfortunitly, im going to the bahamas this weekend so no racing it for a couple weeks. It is really an SP2 with better components. Longer arms, heli-diffs, beefed-up towers and a longer chassis. There are some differences but not many and thats a good thing. Many parts are interchangable between the SP2 and ST-R which makes things easier on the budget. I can honestly say that this is the best UMT out there and the best ever created. I know what your going to say, "Joe, your a sponsored Kyosho driver, your going to say that." For those of you that really know me, know that I dont hide any feelings and tell it like it is. Seriously, this ST-R is the best out there and from the way it was engineered so closely with the best Buggy out there, Kyosho has set another standard on which the competitors will try to measure up. Did you expect anything less?

thats good to hear Joe. Cant wait to see the big drivers on the track with them. To bad I just got a CRT, this would have been a good choice as well.
