Im just starting to break this motor in but when i go to lean out the highspeed needle it is very tight and hard to turn is this normal?

Novas have very VERY stiff needles... Normal

alright cool, im using the heat cyle method doing- these are in mins 3 mins cool down 3 mins cool down up to 15 mins at 200 degrees then bump up to 4 mins then cool down until i have reached 25 mins then ill start tuning for race.

just make sure you are at least at 200 deg. every time

I was between 200-220 everytime there was one time that i was at about 190 but i put a sock on the motor to keep the engine temps up. Kina nippy out today.

Take your time. That engine has a cnc'd pistion. Its not cast like all other engines. Seriously strong
