Choose a name for the new Spyder - 09-30-2005, 11:43 AM

The next release of Trinity?s micro truck, which we?ll call ?the truck formerly known as Spyder?, features a long list of improvements over the original. The ?truck formerly known as Spyder? will feature a longer wheelbase, ball diffs, oil filled shocks, beefed up suspension, heavy-duty ball ends, and new 2-piece electronics. Send your names into Trinity and if you?re picked as the winner the name you pick will be chosen and you?ll win a bunch of free stuff.

It looks like it takes a regular 7.2v stick pack? I hate that the mini-t takes a special battery.

you need an adapter that has female tamiya plug on one end that plugs into the charger
and a female 2 pin plug at the other end that plugs to the battery.
Looks like this only cleaner http://www.blindbatts.com/catalog/images/chgadpt.jpg

Would the MRC 969 automatically adjust the charge for these smaller packs? It's pretty intuitive that way.

well i don't have any exp. w/ the 696. On my prophet I give it 1-2 amps depending how much time I have. I suppose you have the option to lower the amps on the charger itself.
