I do internet searches for pictures and I take them apart if you will and modify to what looks good.

I can't draw for crud now but what I have done in the past had taken me hours and they are amazing.

I can't draw worth of crap. I have to sit down with a pencil and a good eraser. Takes a few minutes to get the picture where I like it then I trace it on the body.

I draw it out on a piece of paper, put the paper inside the body, trace it on the outside, then cut.
