Anyone make hot sauce?? -

Has anyone here made some? I am bored with making salsas and have a ton of habanero peppers along with other chiles and milder peppers. I am thinking of making my own hot sauce(s) and was curious if anyone else has. I have a feeling taste testing habanero sauces is one painful process. Haha

Rocco.... I have a house now and am thrilled to be out of the dorms.
Tommy..... you're doing something wrong. The only thing I am worried about is people thinking that I'm growing weed. I want to try growing this pepper that is twice as hot as a habanero but the climate here isn't quite right, and it's definitely the wrong time of year to try... Indoors it is.

I dont think habaneros are used as the main pepper in any salsa.... I think they are used sparingly due to their extremley high heat factor
