so yeah,
every year i try to set up a date to go go-kart racing with my buddies.
theres a place in buffalo grove called, CHICAGO INDOOR RACING", thats has three separate tracks, a kicka** bar & grill, pool tables,etc.

the go-carts boast speeds of up to 70mph, but in my experience, you generally hit speed of 40mph due to tight turns and such.
they have high tech lap timers and you even get time sheets and the whole nine yards.
there are leagues and clubs that you can join, but just to have a great time is what its all about for me.

So, if the interest is big enough, i d like to set this up. no dates yet, that depends on you guys!!

We've had had a chitown night before there! Unfortunately I was broke at the time and could not join but it seems like a lot of fun!

BTW if you set it up, they will come! Hell if the dates good I'll be there this time!

ive tried to set one up here but there just isnt enough interest with outdoor season now. Its more of a winter thing.

The guy who owns Indoor racing is looking at building another one in your area (Addison), somewhere in the industrial parks near Dave&Busters.

yeah i know...
my motorcycle club has been tryin to work out a deal with him to get him to have pocket bike nights...

he seemed interested, but who knows!!

Indoor pocket bikes, now that would be fun to watch!
