Well i woke up this morning getting ready to go to school and i got a bunch of messages from maxx-breaker on Yahoo messanger about some ebay items he had listed. He thinks that i bidded on all of his items on there and he's gona get the cops and come to my house. It wasn't me but i don't know who did it, and that person is another member on here and a friend of mine but i'm not giving out his name. I feel like a jackass though reguardless because this guy was starting to help everyone and get out of that hole he dug himself into. Should i called Officer Portman and talk to him about the situation? Here is one of the items that was bought by the member:

Ebay will come after rawkfist for the listing and selling fees, even if he doesn't pay for the items. In the end, rawkfist will be banned from eBay (woopie, right?)

No cops will come due to eBay. I had a guy backout on my cycle I sold on eBay. Even eBay said I had to wait 30 days to make sure he didn't eventually pay, even though he emailed saying he wouldn't. All that rawkfist did to maxx-breaker was tie up the sales on eBay for a while.

Go read eBay's Non-paying buyer policy.

Well Rawk got himself caught. He left all his info in account and maxx-breaker got it and called his dad last night. It looks like cooper is going to be paying up about 200 bucks.

So you do, or do NOT know who bid on the items. I see ebay account belongs to Rawkfist.

Just how did the ebay login information get from your computer to someone else? Change your passwords, contact ebay. You can resolve it. If your past bidding activity doesn't indicate that this bidding is normal behavour ebay will just cancel the bids, and not charge Maxx Breaker the listing feels.

My sister got a phishing email and entered her ebay info in and wala, 2 days later there were 15 bids in her name. I contacted ebay, and the sellers, and it was resolved shortly.

No i didn't do any of the bidding, its not my account. Rawk did all that and maxx-breaker though it was me.

Well then Rawk is an idiot and deserves to pay for his stupidity. That is that. He is no better than this scamming scumbag. Maybe this will teach him to grow up a bit.

If it isn't your account Maxx can't do shit to you, Rawk will have to deal with the consequences.

I think the problem came that they were shipping stuff to each other's houses to avoid problems with their parents......
