This is another example of how the Media changes a story to "Keep it interesting".
The "Shooting" was with a pelet gun, because someone was messing with his brother's car. It is still undetermined if Juan was actually involved in the incident. He CLAIMS that he wasn't involved, but doesn't Every guilty person claim their innocence? Losi 8ight - Go .21 7-port Inferno GT - Gsx .27

I HIGHLY doubt that the media has changed the facts that much.... Dont be so blind just because hes a sox...
Im sure the pellet gun thing was damage control from agents and soxs pr.. OR, the early reports and language barriers confused the story --Then follow the rules! haha!-- -Tune

The pellet gun story was the first released story about it. Think about it. The guy who got shot, got it in the arm, and the stomach, but wasn't admitted to a hospital....

The first story about the pelet gun could have been wrong. I was trying to find more info, but all the reports I see say it was a pistol and a Shotgun. The 2 victims were treated at a hospital and released. No serious injuries.
