Work Permit? I don't ever remember needing a work permit when I was 15. Albeit that was 18 years ago. Get a job doing something you have some interest in. You like RC find a job at a hobby store. Do you like cars, see if you can find a job at a garage. It might be sweepin floors, but you do pick up stuff along the way.
