Its one of two things. Good camera work and editing or very well coordinated midgets.

Anything can look good on video. SOOO many camera cuts and odd angles.

The normal woman who walks up and lays down looks very much like the legless woman who "walks" away. You never see the legs end of the woman from any view that would reveal the rest of her behind the upright skirt.

Everyone in the video is in on it. The girl who pulls the arms end does a smooth job of not dropping the legless woman on her head, which would be the natural reaction. Not setting her down on the ground carefully.

Still a nice production job.
