hey yall, i just got back from my honeymoon and see 2,349 posts in the last week?!? good lord, dont you people have jobs?! all week in st. lucia it was 85-89* it was beutifull! anyone looking for a place to run away and get married i highly recomend it. we stayed at the sandals helcyan. out of the 3 sandales on the island it was the nicest. the other 2 were more like hotels. this one was more of a resort. all the food you can eat and all the drinkd you can handel(and then some) from 7 am to 3 am.
rich, i tryed the petons beer. tasts like mgd to me. and julie got her butt kicked by a wave!! when we went to the grand there were 6 guys on the beach at night seeing if they can stay up in the surf. reminded me of your story.
well its good to be home in the states. but i sure do mis the temps out there!

I wish I were on vacation

thank man! ill try to get some pics up later. we did a couple of tours. a helli ride and a all day boat/hike/bus tour.the volcano and water falls were amazing!

no snorkeling ? Man I went with the wife while I was there. I can't swim to begin with so I was a little nervous. I get in the water and start getting use to bobbing up and down. The wife sees a jellyfish approaching and starts swimming towards me. So I'm watching her thinking she wants to take care of me. Yeah right, the minute she got by me, she starts holding onto me cause shes scared of the jellyfish. She's pulling me underwater !!! I start swumming away from her cause I'm freaking out and what does she do ? She starts grabbing onto my legs !!!! What a experience that was. LOL

dude! thats insane! i went snorkling on the boat tour and scuba diving later. the wife (that sound wierd) is scared of going under water that far so i went be my lonsome. very cool!! we did one dive at 25' by some coral and a 100' dive to see a boat. there were only 4 of us on the 100' dive because we were the only deep sea certified ones there.

did you go to sapher? there is a resort there that is the most expensive in the w.i. but it stinks like sulfer (there for the name) because its between the pitons.

Sounds awesome... Maybe if i ever decide to get married ill have to suggest it

they treat you like royalty. some how everyone knows you got married. ours was on the beach on the nicest day you could think of. 85* blue skys, so the beach was packed. then that night we had dinner at one of the resorts restaurants, a couple from ohio bought us a bottle of wine. wich when you think its a all inclusive resort, so they could have sent one off the free list, was realy nice.
